Accessibility Statement

Target Standard: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA

1. Our Commitment

Nability is dedicated to ensuring that its corporate website and digital platforms are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability, neurodiversity, or assistive technology employed. We actively build toward full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards.

2. Concrete Technical Measures Implemented

Semantic HTML5 Structure

Correct landmark roles (<header>, <main>, <footer>, <nav>) and heading hierarchies for screen reader users.

Keyboard Operability

All navigation menus, accordions, and forms are fully navigable via standard Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Escape keys.

Visible High-Contrast Focus Rings

Interactive elements feature distinct, high-contrast focus outlines (:focus-visible) to aid sighted keyboard users.

Motion Sensitivity (prefers-reduced-motion)

Users with vestibular disorders or motion sensitivity have animations deactivated automatically via system settings.

3. Visual Contrast & Text Legibility

Our color palette—anchored by Midnight Navy (#091322), Porcelain Ivory (#F7F9FC), Pure White (#FFFFFF), Electric Blue (#3478F6), Deep Ink (#102033), and Slate Gray (#526070)—is tested to exceed the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large graphical interface components.

4. Feedback & Contact Information

We welcome feedback regarding the accessibility of our site. If you encounter any barriers or need content in an alternative format, please reach out directly:
